Senior Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant

About the role

Comtrade System Integration is looking for a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant to lead projects from the Belgrade office. You will work closely with clients, translate business needs into functional solutions, and ensure measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead functional consulting activities and act as the primary client contact for business process matters.
• Prepare and lead client workshops, analyse processes, and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Design functional solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, and maintain functional specifications.
• Define project tasks, delegate to team members and monitor completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA engineers and external participants.
• Contribute to test scenarios, UAT, user training, go‑live preparation and post‑go‑live support.
• Guide junior consultants and share knowledge within the team.
• Participate in presales activities, discovery sessions, effort estimation and proposal writing.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Proven track record of independently leading projects and direct client interaction.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions as a Lead Functional Consultant on at least two projects.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and fluency in English.
