Senior Executive Search & Talent Consultant

About the role

Prohuman is seeking a Senior Executive Search & Talent Consultant to join its Executive Search team. The role focuses on mid‑ to senior‑level recruitment across multiple industries, supporting clients in Serbia, Croatia and other regional markets. You will own complex searches, engage senior candidates, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end executive search assignments, from business brief to offer management.
• Conduct market mapping, talent research and direct sourcing to build candidate pipelines.
• Engage passive candidates through various networking channels and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Provide structured assessments, recommendations and manage the candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, delivering market insights and recruitment advice.
• Participate in cross‑border searches and regional talent‑mapping initiatives.
• Support colleagues on complex searches and share best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve search methodologies, tools and candidate experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition or HR consulting.
• Proven track record managing senior‑level assignments and engaging senior candidates.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to understand client business, culture and talent needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with leadership potential and willingness to take broader responsibilities.
