Senior Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and business‑minded Senior Financial Controller who will play a central role in monitoring financial performance across our international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor costs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, identifying variances, trends and key issues.
• Prepare operational and financial reports, including inventory, sales analyses and periodic dashboards.
• Contribute to the design, improvement and standardisation of the company’s financial reporting framework.
• Prepare and analyse annual budgets, quarterly and monthly forecasts, and produce financial reports in line with internal and corporate requirements.
• Provide ad‑hoc data and reports for founders and senior leadership, and advise on efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Track potential inventory risks and collaborate with the accounting department to ensure completeness and accuracy of statutory financial statements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, controlling or accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and analytical processes.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
