Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React/Next.js & Golang)

About the role

Avantos AI is building an AI‑native operating system for financial services. We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer who leads the frontend experience with React/Next.js while also contributing to Golang backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own end‑to‑end React/Next.js interfaces, focusing on performance, UX, and scalability.
• Integrate and, when needed, develop Golang APIs to support frontend features.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams on experience decisions.
• Influence overall architecture, reliability, and performance strategy.
• Write clean, high‑quality code and enforce standards through code reviews.
• Mentor teammates, unblock technical blockers, and raise the technical bar.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Deep expertise in React and Next.js, including modern rendering patterns and state management.
• Strong understanding of performance, caching, hydration, code splitting, and bundling.
• Solid competency in backend development, preferably Golang, and API design.
• Ability to make product and architecture decisions, not just implementation.
