Senior Google Ads Specialist

About the role

You will lead Google Ads performance for one of our portfolio brands, driving growth, advertising efficiency and profitability across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own Google Ads performance for an e‑commerce brand across several markets, managing Search, Shopping, Performance Max and other campaign types.
• Track and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue and profitability, taking direct accountability for growth.
• Analyse large datasets, translate data into insights and actionable recommendations, and conduct account audits.
• Collaborate with performance marketing, creative, data and development teams to ensure accurate tracking, measurement and scalable campaign execution.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and performance reporting while staying up‑to‑date with platform developments and AI‑driven features.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads for an in‑house e‑commerce business.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue, profitability and customer acquisition results.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with large data sets and making data‑driven decisions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and able to start immediately.
