Senior iOS Developer – Build Media Backup SDK

About the role

Devtech is seeking a seasoned iOS developer to lead the creation of a high‑quality SDK that enables photo and video backup for mobile apps. You will work in an international Agile team, shaping architecture and delivering reusable components that power our clients' media workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain an iOS SDK for media backup, upload, and synchronization.
• Refactor an existing application into a standalone, embeddable SDK.
• Collaborate with backend and mobile teams to ensure seamless client‑server integration.
• Write clean, scalable code in Swift and Objective‑C, following TDD practices.
• Maintain build, testing, and release pipelines using Fastlane.
• Review code, provide feedback, and raise engineering standards.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in modern and legacy codebases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development, primarily on iOS.
• Proven experience building or maintaining mobile SDKs or shared libraries.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
