Senior IP Administration Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Trademarks IP Admin Team in Belgrade. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your expertise in the intellectual property field while contributing to a collaborative and forward‑thinking team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage foreign trademark and design portfolios, overseeing filing, prosecution and maintenance worldwide.
• Coordinate projects and respond to client inquiries on trademark/design protection issues.
• Supervise outside counsel, ensure deadlines are met, and review invoices for accuracy.
• Oversee execution and legalization of documents such as Powers of Attorney.
• Prepare portfolio status charts, reports and periodic summaries for clients.

Required profile

• Proficient level of English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year experience in the IP field and in client‑facing roles.
• Paralegal qualification or IP‑related training/certificates.
• Familiarity with Argos renewal management.
