About the role

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – EMEA shapes and delivers data‑driven, business‑aligned talent strategies across the region. Based in Spain or Serbia, the role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA in the United Kingdom and partners with senior business leaders to anticipate hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑powered talent sourcing strategies and multi‑channel pipelines for critical and future growth roles.
• Lead quarterly workforce planning, using predictive hiring models and data analytics to set goals and track execution.
• Drive operational excellence by defining metrics, monitoring AI workflow performance, and eliminating bias in screening tools.
• Inspire and coach a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering AI fluency, inclusion, and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to provide evidence‑based talent insights and influence hiring decisions.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in people‑management roles.
• Deep expertise in recruiting technical talent for technology companies across EMEA.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into data‑driven talent strategies using AI‑enabled sourcing platforms.
• Strong track record of metrics ownership, operational discipline, and continuous improvement through analytics.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and developing digitally fluent teams.
• Growth mindset with curiosity for emerging AI technologies and willingness to challenge traditional approaches.
