Senior Product Designer – Marketplace & Loyalty

About the role

Tabby is building a new marketplace, loyalty program, and cashback experience inside its money app used by millions. As a Senior Product Designer you will shape this product from concept to launch, ensuring it becomes a daily go‑to for shoppers looking to save.

Key responsibilities

• Design the deals marketplace, loyalty and cashback features from scratch, guiding them from early concepts to production‑ready UI.
• Develop a deep understanding of product logic and business context for every feature.
• Partner with the Product Manager to translate business requirements into design solutions that drive metrics and delight users.
• Collaborate daily with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and ground decisions in user insights.
• Work with a UX Writer to create clear, consistent product copy.
• Coordinate with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of shipped experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, including consumer‑facing products at scale.
• Strong product thinking – equal focus on business goals and user needs.
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership from problem framing to polished UI.
• Experience in cross‑functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers and engineers.
• High visual and interaction design standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, zero‑to‑one product spaces.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
