Senior Product Manager – Lab (Remote, Serbia)
Fundraise Up · Belgrade
Job description
About the role
This senior individual‑contributor product manager role sits in Fundraise Up’s Lab, a fast‑moving unit that turns ambiguous opportunities into shipped pilots and clear investment decisions. You will thrive in uncertainty, driving discovery, experimentation and early delivery together with engineering and design.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a prioritized Lab portfolio/backlog with clear hypotheses, expected upside, effort, dependencies and status.
- Define the riskiest assumptions for each bet and design experiments with explicit kill criteria.
- Run fast experiments (spikes, prototypes, wizard‑of‑oz, pilots) and ship “just enough” product to learn without overbuilding.
- Partner tightly with engineering and design to deliver pilots and instrument them to capture meaningful signals.
- Synthesize outcomes into crisp decisions – Scale, Iterate, Pivot or Kill – and prevent “zombie projects”.
- Create lightweight decision logs and learning summaries to keep leadership and GTM aligned.
- Identify GTM dependencies early (positioning, enablement, pricing, legal, support) and coordinate cross‑functionally.
- When evidence is strong, prepare a clean hand‑off package with validated findings, remaining risks, success metrics and a recommended scaling plan.
Required profile
- Senior PM experience in 0→1 incubation or new‑bet environments.
- Strong product judgment and technical fluency – able to write specs, assess feasibility, trade‑offs and data needs.
- Comfort operating as the driver with minimal delegation and maximal ownership.
- Proven ability to run fast, scrappy experiments and move from ambiguity to decisive outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for concise decision logs, learning summaries and alignment artifacts.
- Uses AI as a leverage tool for research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis while maintaining high‑quality judgment.
What we offer
- Private medical insurance for employee and family.
- 20 paid vacation days, 15 public holidays and 5 company‑paid sick leave days per year.
- English learning courses, relevant professional education and equity participation.
- Gym or swimming‑pool access and home‑office setup assistance (furniture, monitor, etc.).
- Co‑working space options and fully remote working flexibility.
- Flat structure, transparent culture and real ownership over high‑impact bets.
