Senior Project Manager – Clinical Trials (Oncology)

About the role

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced senior project manager to lead full‑service clinical trials in Oncology (or Rare Diseases/CNS). You will oversee global/regional Phase I‑IV studies, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, cost and quality while acting as a trusted partner to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead clinical projects according to budget and scope.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, handling proposals, presentations and ongoing communication.
• Coordinate with internal and sponsor senior management, including C‑level stakeholders.
• Manage all functional areas of a trial – data management, safety, clinical operations, medical monitoring and biostatistics.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates, highlighting key deliverables, metrics and escalations.
• Review and finalize study documentation such as protocols, informed consents, site contracts and budgets.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent life‑science qualification.
• 5‑7 years industry experience with at least 4 years full‑service project management in a CRO.
• Proven experience managing Oncology studies.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
