Senior Project Manager – CNS (Central/Eastern Europe)

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager – CNS you will own the delivery of Phase I‑IV clinical trials across Central and Eastern Europe, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline and budget expectations while serving as the main client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver Phase I‑IV CNS trials from start‑up through closeout.
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking and risk management to meet timeline, quality and budget objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage project resources, identify gaps and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to revenue and budget targets.
• Facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts and promote effective teamwork across global teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements, client expectations and clinical research standards.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• University degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience with proven project management of CNS studies.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, scope, timelines, quality, resources and cost.
• Solid financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practice and international regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English and the local office language, valid passport and driver’s licence, willingness to travel.
