Senior Quality Management Professional – GCP Experience Required

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a senior professional to support quality management activities across its clinical departments. The role focuses on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and related quality processes, providing analysis, investigation, reporting and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Support Clinical Monitoring teams during sponsor site audits, including preparation of training documentation, TMF and study documents.
• Assist during audits and inspections by performing root‑cause analysis, developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and conducting effectiveness checks.
• Provide quality consultancy for operations, ensuring deliverables meet Syneos Health and customer requirements.
• Review controlled documents for alignment with internal standards and technical content.
• Lead medium‑scale quality‑management projects, anticipate and resolve moderately complex issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health‑care field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with GCP, GLP and/or GMP practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Project and customer‑management experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
