Senior Recruiter – Full‑Cycle IT Hiring (Remote)

About the role

SpeedToLead is a fast‑growing SaaS company transforming the US real‑estate lead marketplace. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring process for technical and business positions, supporting rapid product growth and international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from intake to offer for 3–6 concurrent vacancies.
• Source and headhunt passive candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ZipRecruiter.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, challenge requirements when needed, and keep pipelines robust for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure swift progression, and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Collaborate with a dedicated sourcer to generate pipelines and drive outreach.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and metrics.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle IT recruitment experience, preferably for the US market.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher English proficiency; Ukrainian is a plus.
• Ownership‑driven mindset with resilience and proactive attitude.
