Senior Sales Development Representative – Remote (Balkan)

About the role

SupportRoom is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales across the European market from the Balkan region. You will introduce our AI‑powered behavioural intelligence platforms to forward‑thinking organisations, generate qualified meetings and help expand our international presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
• Identify and engage senior decision‑makers such as HR leaders, People & Culture heads, Risk leaders and C‑suite executives.
• Research target organisations to understand workplace challenges and assess fit for our platforms.
• Introduce prospects to SupportRoom’s PulseIQ and VAI platforms and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking using HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outbound strategies and messaging.
• Utilise modern outbound tools including Apollo, Surfe, Aircall and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to sell to senior executives and handle objections.
• Self‑sufficient, highly organised and able to work in a fast‑paced remote environment.
