About the role
DesignRush.com, a B2B media platform, is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead and scale its organic growth initiatives. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands‑on execution to boost visibility, traffic, and brand authority.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, set up, monitor, and optimise SEO campaigns across technical, content, and link‑building dimensions.
- Translate SEO requirements into clear briefs for content creators and developers.
- Oversee the implementation of link, content, and technical SEO tactics.
- Continuously improve SEO processes, checklists, and best‑practice documentation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train SEO team members to maintain high performance.
Required profile
- 7+ years of SEO experience with a proven record on large, complex websites.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and algorithm updates.
- Strong project‑management and team‑leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Availability to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET.
- Familiarity with AI tools, agents, and workflow automation.
