Senior Site Activation Specialist

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Site Activation Specialist to join its Global Site Activation Team in Serbia. You will work at the country level to ensure investigative sites are activated efficiently and in compliance with local and international regulations, supporting clinical trials that bring new therapies to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform feasibility, site activation and maintenance activities for assigned studies.
• Prepare, review, track and follow up on site documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory submissions, ethics approvals, informed consent forms and investigator pack releases.
• Collaborate closely with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management team and cross‑functional departments.
• Ensure site staff complete required trainings and obtain system access to achieve Site Ready to Enroll status.
• Support budget and contract negotiations where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (Pharmacy, Stomatology or Medicine) or a medical degree combined with legal training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory activities, including ICF adaptation, submission preparation, and work with the Serbian RA portal (RIMS).
• Experience with EDP collection/review, capability/feasibility assessments and site activation processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Croatian and English.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
