Senior Site Contract Associate

About the role

The Senior Site Contract Associate supports the delivery of start‑up contracting activities for biotech and emerging biopharma sponsors. This role ensures efficient contract and budget management across multiple studies while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop simple investigator grant estimates and proposal text to support proposal development.
• Maintain contract and budget templates, contracting systems, tools, processes and training materials.
• Collaborate with sponsors, internal stakeholders and regional teams to deliver project scope in line with sponsor requirements and RSU Management Plans.
• Provide specialist operational and financial contracting support for business development, study initiation and maintenance.
• Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, including CTMS, databases, tracking tools and project plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or health care.
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience, including contract negotiation for clinical sites.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and technical writing skills.
• Understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development processes.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• CTMS (clinical trial management system) usage.
• Interpretation of pricing models and preparation of proposals, bid grids and budgets.
