Senior Strategy & Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Planning Manager to transform complex client briefs into high‑performing media plans and lead large‑scale strategic proposals. The role involves optimizing innovative tactics, driving cross‑functional initiatives, and presenting executive‑level insights to clients and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Transform complex client briefs into high‑performing media plans.
• Lead the development of Tier 1 and large‑scale strategic proposals.
• Apply and optimize planning for non‑standard, experimental, or emerging tactics.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives within the planning function.
• Coach and guide middle and junior‑level planners.
• Deliver executive‑level presentations to clients and leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital media planning.
• 1–2 years of mentoring or team‑support experience.
• Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across two or more ad platforms.
• Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems.
• Experience in client‑facing pitches and strategic presentations (preferred).
• English proficiency at B2–C2 level, both verbal and written.
