Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

You will own AI Acquisition’s most senior internal searches from the first conversation with a candidate through to offer. Working across the UAE, UK and US time zones, you will act as the first impression for directors and C‑level talent, shaping the company’s employer brand and strategic hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end senior searches, handling multiple roles (C‑level to junior) simultaneously.
• Run intake sessions with founders and department heads, providing realistic market insights and challenging briefs when necessary.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines ahead of requisitions, keeping candidates warm for months.
• Directly source candidates where inbound pipelines are insufficient.
• Craft compelling employer‑brand narratives that attract senior talent.
• Provide strategic advisory on market realities, compensation, and timelines.
• Write detailed candidate evaluations for founder review without additional calls.
• Oversee quality of shortlists and ensure alignment with hiring standards.

Required profile

• Independent‑contractor mindset; able to invoice monthly and manage own tax obligations.
• Willingness to work 50‑60 hours per week across UAE and US East Coast business hours.
• Self‑starter who thrives without scripted processes and can make judgment calls.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level candidate and stakeholder interactions.
