Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

JAGGAER is seeking a hands‑on Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruiting and active sourcing for a wide range of positions across Europe, with a focus on the Serbian market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Proactively source candidates via Infostud, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on strategy, candidate profiles, interviews and selection.
• Track recruiting KPIs and continuously improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in technology, SaaS or an international environment.
• Strong active‑sourcing and passive‑candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Data‑driven, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced global setting.
• Fluent English communication.
