Senior UI Designer

About the role

We're looking for a Senior UI Designer to turn wireframes into polished, high‑fidelity web experiences. Working with the design manager, you will combine strong visual craft with UX thinking to tell clear stories and guide visitors toward conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design manager and team to develop wireframes, gather visual references, and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Transform wireframes into high‑fidelity designs, focusing on story, key messages, and conversion moments.
• Design for two archetypes: conversion‑focused B2B landing pages and story‑driven pages with motion, complex graphics, or 3D elements.
• Coordinate with visual and motion designers to bring pages to life and choose visuals and interactions that support the site’s narrative.
• Leverage AI workflows to accelerate design work and expand capabilities.
• Analyze site performance and conversion rates with the team to continuously improve landing pages.

Required profile

• Strong UI design skills with a solid UX foundation, including system building, flows, and structure.
• Understanding of AI workflows and how they can support design and agency work.
• Foundational UX writing ability for microcopy and CTAs.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with Webflow or Framer and the process of turning designs into animated, production‑ready pages.
• Strategic thinking, ability to explain design decisions, and a meticulous eye for alignment and polish.

What we offer

• Compensation of $3,000‑$3,5 k USD per month (gross).
• Full‑time, fully remote position with overlap of Eastern Time business hours, working until 3:00 p.m. ET.
