ServiceNow Technical Integration Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Integration Consultant with German to support the technical integration of foundation data sources into the ServiceNow platform. This hands‑on implementation role focuses on designing, configuring, and developing integrations to ensure reliable and high‑quality data exchange across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Develop and maintain both unidirectional and bidirectional interfaces for foundation data synchronization.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and high‑quality data exchange across integrated platforms.
• Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define integration requirements and resolve data‑related issues.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and data quality.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow integrations.
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
• Follow development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of integration solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Technical Integration Consultant, preferably within ServiceNow.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced English and German communication abilities.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
• Design and implementation of system integrations and interfaces.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub or similar integration capabilities.
• Data synchronization and data quality processes.
• Working experience in enterprise ITSM environments.
