About the role
The Site Contracts Specialist II/Sr supports the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for sponsor‑dedicated clinical sites, ensuring accurate documentation, timely execution, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer contract management processes, coordinating protocol, consent, investigator, vendor and customer agreements at the project level.
- Lead multi‑country projects, negotiating contracts and budgets for industry‑sponsored trials.
- Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents and capture metadata.
- Support business development, represent site contracts in internal and customer meetings, and mentor junior staff on SOPs.
Required profile
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive contract management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical settings.
- Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP, and trial start‑up processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
