Site Contracts Specialist (Polish Required)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist with Polish language skills to manage contract processes for clinical trial sites. The role involves coordinating agreements, budgets, and documentation across multi‑country projects and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all contract management processes, including coordination with protocol, consent, investigators, vendors, and customers.
• Lead multi‑country projects, negotiate and prepare contracts and budgets for industry‑sponsored trials.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents, and capture metadata.
• Support business development, represent site contracts in internal and customer meetings, and track milestone progress in the SSU system.
• Maintain contract templates, site‑specific files, and databases; train and mentor junior staff on SOPs.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive contract management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical settings.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP, and trial start‑up processes (Phases II‑IV).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to mentor, lead, and motivate junior staff.
