Site Identification Lead (Hybrid, Belgrade)

About the role

The Site Identification Lead will oversee the site identification process for awarded or ongoing clinical trials and feasibility projects, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time deliverables within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Site Identification plan, translating protocol requirements into an ideal site profile.
• Mine databases, epidemiology resources and literature to select optimal sites and advocate for strategic relationships.
• Lead technical and operational aspects of global projects, providing weekly updates to internal teams and sponsors.
• Manage resource allocation, request country‑level support, and oversee local teams conducting site identification activities.
• Handle project financials, including costing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and out‑of‑scope estimates.
• Train and mentor project team members on protocol specifics and the site identification workflow.

Required profile

• BA/BS in biological sciences or related health‑care discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO or clinical research site environments.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database applications.
