Site Identification Lead (Hybrid – Belgrade)

About the role

Lead the site identification process for awarded or ongoing clinical trials and feasibility projects, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time deliverables while managing budget and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop site profiles based on protocol requirements and create a comprehensive Site Identification plan.
• Mine databases, epidemiology resources and literature to select optimal sites and advocate for strategic relationships.
• Lead technical and operational aspects of global projects, track progress and report weekly to internal teams and sponsors.
• Manage resource allocation, financial forecasting, revenue recognition and scope‑change communication.
• Train and mentor project team members, oversee performance, and ensure compliance with SOPs and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, health care or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO or clinical research environments.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and work both independently and within a matrix team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database applications.
• Strong analytical skills for data mining, feasibility analysis and predictive modelling.
