Site Management Internship – Clinical Trials

About the role
IQVIA Serbia is offering a six‑month, full‑time internship in the Site Management department, based in Belgrade. The program provides hands‑on exposure to Clinical Trial procedures, focusing on the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and Clinical Site Activation (CSA) functions.
Key responsibilities
- Support clinical activities through supervised tasks within the Site Management team.
- Participate in online and on‑site training sessions and receive mentorship from senior staff.
- Assist in site activation processes and learn CRA responsibilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy or Medicine preferred).
- Fluency in Serbian and English.
- Strong communication skills and motivation to pursue a career in clinical trials.
- General interest in the pharmaceutical industry and CRO environment.
- Availability to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday, office‑based.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of clinical research terminology.
