Slot Game Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Slot Game Project Manager who deeply understands online slot mechanics and can translate client visions into concrete game concepts for our development and design teams. This role goes beyond traditional project management by requiring hands‑on knowledge of slot features, themes, and player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to capture their desired slot gameplay, mechanics, volatility, themes, and art direction.
• Transform loosely defined ideas into clear, actionable game specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Advise clients on feasible mechanics and market‑relevant features based on extensive slot‑game knowledge.
• Coordinate developers, designers, artists, mathematicians, QA and sound designers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while tracking feedback and client revisions.
• Identify gaps or contradictions in concepts before development and refine mechanics as needed.
• Manage multiple slot projects simultaneously, ensuring blockers are addressed promptly.

Required profile

• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of online slot mechanics, features, and industry trends.
• Experience communicating complex game concepts to both clients and internal teams.
• Ability to create detailed game documentation and maintain clear specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle several projects at different development stages.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of slot mechanics such as wilds, scatters, free spins, bonus rounds, multipliers, cascades, ways‑to‑win, hold‑and‑win, collect mechanics, respins, progressive features, buy‑ins, Megaways‑style systems, jackpots, volatility, RTP and basic slot mathematics.
• Familiarity with a wide range of existing slot games and their historical evolution.
