Social Media Manager

About the role

Sport Vision is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of its concept across seven Balkan markets. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality performance on Facebook and Instagram, building engaged communities, and continuously improving the brand’s online footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate regional social media strategy, weekly/monthly plans, content calendars, copywriting, and publishing on Meta platforms.
• Work with media and creative agencies to select channels, propose promotion methods, monitor budgets, and define budgets for major activations.
• Design influencer briefs, select partners, coordinate agency work, and track results across markets.
• Manage daily community interactions, respond to comments and messages in line with brand voice, and stimulate audience engagement.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, analyse campaign outcomes, optimise channels, and apply best practices.
• Monitor digital‑marketing trends, propose new platforms, formats and communication methods, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and e‑commerce teams to boost visibility and support sales, and support the Social Media Specialist in regional execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (VI/VII level) with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably managing regional campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility, speed and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and related advertising tools.
• Experience using digital marketing tools for campaign execution and measurement.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
