Software Engineer – AI‑Driven Banking Automation

About the role

Atfinity is looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join its growing team in Niš, Serbia. You will work on an AI‑inspired rule engine that enables banks and other enterprises to automate processes without writing code, delivering fast, scalable solutions for internal and external workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship new features for the core product.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing functionality.
• Participate actively in code reviews and ensure high code quality.
• Support fellow engineers, including mentoring junior team members.
• Take ownership of testability and overall software robustness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
• Pragmatic problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn.
