Sourcing-Focused Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who specializes in sourcing hard‑to‑fill talent. The role is fully remote and you will own the end‑to‑end pipeline for 5‑6 senior positions that require candidates who are already employed and not actively looking.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build targeted candidate lists on LinkedIn, Upwork and other niche platforms using Boolean and advanced search techniques.
• Craft personalized outreach sequences with tools such as HeyReach or Instantly, ensuring high deliverability and a human tone.
• Screen candidates against detailed briefs, create shortlists and provide a clear rationale for each recommendation.
• Maintain and report on pipeline health, highlighting moving and stalled opportunities.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools daily to improve search efficiency and communication.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Ability to walk through a complete sourcing case study, from search strategy to placement.
• Strong written and spoken English, with a self‑motivated remote work style.
