Sourcing‑Focused Recruiter (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive recruiter who lives and breathes sourcing. You will own the end‑to‑end talent pipeline for hard‑to‑fill positions, working entirely remote and unsupervised.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and build candidate lists from LinkedIn, Upwork and other niche platforms.
- Craft personalized outreach sequences using tools like HeyReach or Instantly.
- Screen candidates against role briefs and deliver shortlists with clear justification for each name.
- Maintain full visibility of the pipeline, flagging stuck stages and moving prospects forward.
Required profile
- Demonstrated success sourcing candidates for roles that are difficult to fill.
- Ability to walk through a concrete example of how a hard‑to‑fill role was sourced.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently.
Required skills
- Boolean search techniques.
- LinkedIn and Upwork sourcing.
- Sequencing tools (HeyReach, Instantly).
- Daily use of AI‑assisted recruiting tools.
