Spanish‑Speaking Accountant – Corporate Finance Shared Service Center

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Accountant who will join our newly created Corporate Finance Shared Service Center in Novi Sad. The role focuses on processing invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable, and supporting month‑end closing while ensuring high accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record customer and vendor invoices and payments in the accounting system.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and help resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and assist with collection activities.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Support processing and posting of business trip and corporate credit‑card expenses.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (preferred).
• Previous accounting experience (preferred).
• Strong mathematical and numerical aptitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• SAP.
• Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
