Staff Accountant – Finance Team (Hybrid, Belgrade)

About the role

ReSupply is seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to join its growing Finance team in Belgrade, Serbia. Reporting to the U.S.-based CFO, you will own day‑to‑day accounting operations and help shape the in‑house Finance function of this charitable‑technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and process vendor invoices in QuickBooks.
• Maintain vendor profiles, manage payments and perform cash reconciliations.
• Support month‑end close procedures and prepare regular financial reports.
• Process semi‑monthly payroll and respond to ad‑hoc accounting requests.
• Collaborate with Accounting teams in Belgrade, Guatemala and U.S. stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience working with U.S. companies and US GAAP.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and attention to detail.
