Static Ad Designer – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for our first dedicated in‑house designer to own all static ad creative work for a portfolio of DTC ecommerce brands. This fully remote, full‑time position will let you set design standards, work directly with the CEO and creative strategists, and grow into a Creative Lead role.

Key responsibilities

• Design ad creatives for Meta and TikTok campaigns across multiple brands.
• Build and design landing pages using direct‑response principles.
• Create email templates, social media content, and product imagery.
• Contribute to packaging and box design.
• Collaborate daily with creative strategists, paid‑media, and email teams.
• Maintain brand consistency while handling a high volume of requests.
• Receive briefs and revisions via Asana and deliver quickly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience focused on DTC or performance marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating ad creatives, landing pages, and ecommerce assets built to convert.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Understanding of direct‑response design principles and consumer psychology.
• Working knowledge of UX/UI design.
• Ability to manage 200+ design requests per month.
• Strong brief‑taking and refinement skills.
