Store Associate – Full‑time Retail Role

About the role
Join Wolt Market as a store associate in Belgrade, working 40 hours per week in a fast‑moving grocery environment. You will use the Merchant app to process orders, pick and pack items quickly, and ensure smooth hand‑over to customers and couriers.
Key responsibilities
- Receive orders through the Merchant application.
- Pick and pack groceries within short timeframes.
- Deliver items accurately and on time to customers and couriers.
- Receive and unload deliveries from suppliers, including pallet handling, transfer and storage.
- Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude, fast learning of new skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work shifts in the morning, evening, weekends and holidays (stores open 7 days a week, 08:00‑00:00).
- Previous experience in a shop or warehouse is an advantage.
