About the role

We are seeking a Strategy & Planning Team Lead to manage a planning stream within a pod, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving team effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a planning stream within a pod (up to 9 people) and align with business goals.
  • Ensure team effectiveness, workflow quality, and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee all RFP/RFI processes handled by the team.
  • Distribute tasks, prioritize work, and balance workload.
  • Coordinate handoffs with Client Services and MPO.
  • Lead hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and career development planning.
  • Identify and escalate capacity or performance risks.

Required profile

  • 5+ years in digital media planning.
  • 2+ years managing teams (3‑5 direct reports).
  • Hands‑on DSP platform experience or strong multi‑platform planning expertise.
  • English proficiency at C1‑C2 level.
  • Proven experience in client‑facing pitches and strategy presentations.
  • Deep understanding of media infrastructure and execution.
