About the role

We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor and Technical Support Instructor to provide expert assistance to customers using PERI formwork and scaffolding systems. The role combines on‑site supervision, training, and technical problem‑solving to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to customers during installation, use and dismantling of PERI formwork and scaffolding systems.
• Conduct site visits to verify correct implementation of designed solutions.
• Train customers and users on safety procedures and proper equipment usage.
• Participate in equipment handovers and support project execution.
• Collaborate with technical, sales and operational teams to achieve project goals.
• Identify potential technical challenges on site and propose appropriate solutions.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures and promote best practices.
• Prepare field reports and inform relevant teams about project status.

Required profile

• Completed construction or related technical degree, or higher/secondary technical school.
• Experience working on construction sites and solid knowledge of construction standards and safety requirements.
• Preferable experience with formwork, scaffolding or other temporary construction structures.
• Ability to identify problems and suggest practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, capable of working with diverse site users.
• Willingness to work daily on site and travel as needed.
• Responsible, autonomous and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Good command of English.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
