Supply Chain Operations Data Analyst – Validation & Reconciliation

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Data Analyst who will ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational reporting across the supply chain. Working remotely, you will investigate data discrepancies, maintain daily audit tracking, and help improve validation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep‑dive root‑cause analysis of discrepancies in purchase order, build, inbound/outbound, and item receipt validations.
• Monitor error logs, update tracking in Asana, and provide daily summaries of unresolved errors and error rates.
• Identify, document, and escalate system flagging errors, including false positives and false negatives, to enhance validation accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations, inventory, and IT teams to resolve systemic data bugs and implement long‑term fixes.
• Maintain rigorous daily audit records and support other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on root‑cause investigation.
• High attention to detail and proactive communication of findings and blockers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience using project‑management tools, specifically Asana.
