Talent Acquisition Manager (Contract) – Serbia

About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment strategy on a contract basis. This remote position supports Worldwide Clinical Trials’ mission to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance global recruitment strategies and processes.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of recruiting professionals.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs.
• Advise stakeholders on creative talent attraction and selection strategies.
• Analyze recruitment data and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.
• Personally lead recruitment for senior‑level and business‑critical positions.
• Own recruitment systems, ensuring tools remain effective and aligned.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with external recruitment partners.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent with 8+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• At least 2 years leading and managing recruiting teams in a global environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies across functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Business acumen, critical thinking and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted advisor.
• Fluent English.
