Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Automotive Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting for our global automotive parts manufacturing business. The role involves managing both blue‑collar and white‑collar hiring, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from the first contact through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams, and oversee background checks and pre‑employment requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and monitor recruiting metrics to improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing plants or handling high‑volume hiring is a plus.
• Bilingual in Serbian and English preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Data integration and strong analytical capabilities.
