Talent Sourcer – Remote (B2B Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will partner with TA partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build strong pipelines for engineering, product, go‑to‑market and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with TA partners and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage candidates for a variety of technical and business positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X‑ray search, online communities, referrals, social platforms and AI‑enabled tools.
• Research relevant companies, markets and niche talent pools to expand candidate reach.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and pipeline status in the ATS.
• Share market insights and innovative sourcing ideas with the TA team.

Required profile

• 5 + years of experience in talent sourcing or full‑cycle recruitment with a strong sourcing focus.
• Proven experience sourcing for technical, product, business or go‑to‑market roles.
• Excellent written English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and ownership throughout the sourcing process.
