Team Lead Finance Hub – Controlling Shared Services

About the role

Join the newly established European Controlling Shared Services Hub in Belgrade, where a modern, collaborative team is being built. As Team Lead Finance Hub you will shape daily controlling factory operations, support strategic financial decisions and drive continuous process improvement in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor process execution, ensure consistent reporting standards, guidelines and SLA compliance.
• Lead a controlling factory team, allocate tasks, coach staff and conduct performance assessments.
• Oversee timely and accurate transaction execution according to global standards.
• Implement automation, continuous improvement measures and process optimisation.
• Report performance to internal customers, conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and identify financial risks.
• Manage resolution of issues within the process area and coordinate with Quality Assurance, Controls and Improvement Manager.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration (master’s degree a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in an international or automotive shared‑service environment.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with strong finance knowledge.
• Experience in a shared‑service setting and proven track record of delivering process efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation, fluent in English.
