About the role
We are looking for a Technical Architect / Technical Team Lead to design and deliver SharePoint solutions as part of the W360 Content & Portals roadmap and business requests.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, secure SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint Online and SPFx.
- Lead and mentor a development team, manage performance, and ensure delivery of high‑quality code.
- Participate in coding complex features, conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and create technical documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Technical Architect or Development Team Lead.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Required skills
- SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Azure services (Front Door, Functions, App/Web Services, SQL Database)
- Power Platform and Power BI
- SonarQube, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines
