Technical Project Manager – Serbian & Russian (C1+)

About the role

Life Data Lab is a healthcare technology company building LIMS solutions for clinical laboratories. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who can bridge business and technology, coordinate complex software projects, and communicate fluently in Serbian and Russian (C1+).

Key responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies are tracked.
• Coordinate work across development, QA, business analysis and implementation teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Support product implementation, integration initiatives and resolve project blockers.
• Contribute to process improvements and project‑management best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management or Delivery Management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile environments.
• Technical background or hands‑on experience in software development, system analysis, QA or DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in Serbian and Russian at C1 level or higher.
