About the role

We are looking for a skilled technician to join our field team and handle the installation and maintenance of fixed optical networks across several Serbian cities. The role involves working independently or with a colleague to ensure reliable service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site work as part of a technical crew, either solo or with a teammate, according to job requirements.
• Carry out customer migrations between optical infrastructures, including connection, signal verification and post‑migration service validation.
• Diagnose and resolve network disturbances and faults at customer premises.
• Accurately record all activities and results in the designated systems in a timely manner.
• Provide regular reports on completed tasks, order status and any field‑observed issues.
• Maintain and care for tools, equipment and materials used during assignments.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations for field work and work at height.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telecom, optical installations or similar field technical roles.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to diagnose and solve problems on site.
• Team‑oriented mindset with reliability and responsibility toward agreements, customers and colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering quality solutions on the first attempt whenever possible.
• Willingness to use digital tools and applications that support daily work.
