About the role

Union Drvo, the official importer and representative of Hoshizaki in Serbia, is building its own service centre. The company seeks a responsible and technically capable individual to undergo specialised training, service Hoshizaki equipment, and eventually lead the service department.

Key responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and servicing of professional hospitality equipment.
• Diagnosing faults and performing corrective repairs.
• Conducting regular and preventive maintenance on Hoshizaki machines.
• Traveling across Serbia (and occasionally abroad) to provide on‑site support.
• Maintaining accurate service documentation and intervention records.
• Communicating with customers and delivering technical assistance.
• Cooperating with suppliers and the manufacturer’s technical teams.
• After training, taking responsibility for organising and developing the service department.

Required profile

• Previous experience servicing professional or similar technical equipment.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to solve problems independently.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Preferable experience with refrigeration equipment.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work autonomously.
• Professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Motivation to learn, improve and assume future leadership responsibilities.
