Tracking & Analytics Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Tracking & Analytics Specialist to own and optimise the tracking infrastructure for our performance‑marketing clients. You will ensure that conversion data flows accurately from ad clicks to final actions, supporting media buying teams with reliable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage tracking infrastructure for new clients during onboarding.
• Implement, configure and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
• Configure Google Ads conversion tracking, enhanced conversions and GA4.
• Build and maintain Google Tag Manager containers, tags, triggers and variables.
• Implement TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API tracking.
• Deploy server‑side tracking solutions such as Stape and server‑side GTM.
• Configure tracking for Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress and custom websites.
• Handle event deduplication, improve match quality and resolve attribution discrepancies across platforms.
• Collaborate with media buyers, developers and clients to audit and fix broken conversion paths.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the full customer journey from ad click to conversion.
• Experience working with performance‑marketing agencies or e‑commerce brands.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve tracking and attribution issues quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable communicating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
