Tracking Specialist

About the role

Swick Logistics is seeking a dedicated Tracking Specialist to join its 24/7 freight brokerage team in Novi Sad. You will be responsible for monitoring shipments, communicating with carriers and customers, and ensuring timely, secure delivery of goods across the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipments in real‑time, locate freight, and coordinate movements.
• Provide regular updates to drivers and customers, especially when delays occur.
• Resolve issues that could affect on‑time delivery.
• Verify that freight is loaded/unloaded correctly and that documentation matches.
• Identify special handling needs and prioritize time‑sensitive loads.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Tracking Specialist or in the transportation industry serving the US market.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Effective problem‑solving skills, organized work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
